This is our second outing at The Ettalong and the food, service and ambience were all excellent. We had the Seniors fish and chips or chicken schnitzel and the servings were huge. Our party of 14 was really looked after by the staff who cleared the tables promptly but were pretty unobtrusive. Great experience.
Asked for chicken wings as entrees waited a while all came put as mains considering it was a busy lunch really disappointing overall food was great when I said something to chef no apologies I just go by order which is fair enough but not good enough when you spend $250.00 for lunch
Fantastic food especially seafood platter. Burger schnitzel, fish and steak were superb! Service second to none’ The only thing… more chips on the meals!
Great casual place to eat! Staff were super friendly and knew what they were doing! The schnitty was was excellent, however the Mariner’s Pie was a huge disappointment…should be called pea and corn pie with seafood flavoured sauce….¼ of a prawn, a piece of fish about 1cm square and ½ a scallop without roe…..however the seafood special looked amazing - whilst you could say I just chose the wrong thing, to be called a mariners pie and pay $26 for something that didn’t even have a dessert spoon of seafood within is really pushing the creative boundaries! May possibly stop me from returning!????????♀️????????♀️????????♀️
